Chuckistics Consult LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided to you during the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Nevada.
